Rusmir Hrvić CEO

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. His first work experiences were gained as a child in the independent retail store AS. He has been with the AS company since 1995, and after graduating, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the “AS” company. In early December 2010, he successfully led the efforts to acquire Vispak, making AS Group the majority shareholder of the company’s shares. In February 2014, he successfully led the acquisition of Klas d.d. On January 1, 2017, he was appointed as the Director of the newly established AS Holding d.o.o.

In my hometown Tešanj.

Neven Hadžisulejmanović CCO

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo, with a degree in mechanical engineering. Employed at AS Holding since 2017, working as the CCO of AS Holding. Spent most of his career in executive positions at renowned Bosnian and regional companies. Possesses specific practical and theoretical knowledge in the fields of sales, retail, logistics, and human resources management. Active in the work of the Chamber of Commerce, member of several Supervisory Boards.

Semir Hrvić Vice President of IT, Change Management

He graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Communications at the University of Sarajevo and obtained his master’s degree at the same faculty. He has been working at AS Holding since 2016 as the Vice President for IT and Change Management. He began his career as an application engineer in the IT sector of Klas d.d. company. He has practical experience in the implementation and integration of ERP systems, as well as in leading and managing projects in large systems.

Emira Duratbegović Vice President of Human Resources

She possesses extensive experience in working with people and organizations, gained during a fifteen-year career, first in the marketing industry and then in the field of human resources with a special focus on improving and developing educational programs and work methods. She is specialized in the area of typological analysis and employee profiling. She applies her experience, knowledge, and skills in the area of personal development of employees. She places a special emphasis on communicational success and assertive behavior, employee motivation, and teamwork. She earned her degree in pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Sarajevo, where she also completed her master’s degree in the field of health psychology and medical pedagogy.

Edo Numić Vice President of Strategic marketing and Brand Development

Ethem Numić, an engineer in computer science by profession, completed his education in Tomislavgrad and Belgrade. He has worked with well-known international brands on developing their brands and business strategies in the region. Specialized in areas such as branding and identity, brand management and strategies, research and development, production optimization, development of new product concepts, innovation system development, marketing strategies, and public relations. He has extensive practical experience in implementing project management methodologies in complex systems. He has successfully developed new brands and products in the region to leading positions.

Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor, Vice President for Business Quality and Sustainable Development. Implementation, consulting, monitoring, and control of integrated management systems/standards in companies and conglomerates; organization, verification of proper functioning in all areas and business processes, compliance with procedures, legislation, consultant for business risk management, assessment, and initiation of measures according to regulatory requirements (standards, laws, regulations, and norms), implementation of standards. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zenica, majoring in accounting and auditing. She gained her first professional knowledge in an accounting and business consulting agency. She started working at AS Holding in 2012 with the founding of the textile company Fortitudo d.o.o. She is a member of the Management Board of UTOK (Association of Textiles, Footwear, and Leather). As a certified accountant, she possesses specific knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance and is a member of the Audit Committee of commercial companies Sarajevo osiguranje d.d and Zim d.d.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo, holding the title of a graduated lawyer with passed Judicial and Bar exams. Over 15 years of experience in the field of law and human resources management, especially with professional experience in the Pharmaceutical, FinTech, Financial, and FMCG industries.
