Since as far back as 1948, when the pasta factory was established, initially known as ‘Bosanka,’ and in 1976…” when it received a new name “Sarajka,” up to the present day, Klas has been one of the largest pasta producers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to pasta prepared according to traditional recipes, such as “tarhane” and noodles, Klas releases 10 varieties and approximately 100 tons of high-quality pasta to the market each month, produced using Italian technology and equipment.
Klas pasta is made from top-quality ingredients, with two being the most important: wheat flour from their own mill and love.
